1. General Provisions
These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern the purchase of goods in the online store operated by Gijú ("Seller").
By placing an order, the Buyer confirms that they have read, understood, and agree to these Terms.

3.1. The Buyer may purchase:

Ready-made products available in the online store

Custom-made products based on agreed specifications (color, size, materials, etc.)
3.2. Custom-made products are produced individually and may differ slightly from images.
4. Order Process
4.1. An order is considered confirmed when:

Payment has been received, and

The Seller confirms the order via email.
4.2. If the Seller cannot fulfill the order (e.g., due to material shortages), the Buyer will be informed and refunded in full.
5. Prices and Payment
5.1. All prices are listed in euros (EUR).
5.2. Payments are processed via MakeCommerce payment solutions.
5.3. The order is processed only after full payment is received.
6. Delivery
6.1. Orders are prepared and shipped Monday–Friday.
6.2. Delivery is available within the Baltic States:

Free shipping for orders over €100
6.3. Delivery is made via Omniva, DPD or LP Express parcel terminals.
6.4. Estimated delivery time: 1–5 business days (may vary due to logistics).
6.5. The Seller is not responsible for delays caused by shipping providers.
7. Right of Withdrawal and Returns
7.1. The Buyer has the right to withdraw from the purchase within 14 calendar days from receiving the goods.
7.2. To initiate a return, the Buyer must contact:

7.3. Returned items must be:

In original packaging with all labels
7.4. Custom-made products are non-refundable unless defective.
7.5. Return shipping costs are paid by the Buyer.

7.7. Refunds are issued within 14 days after receiving and inspecting the returned goods.
8. Liability

Third-party service disruptions (couriers, parcel lockers)
9. Personal Data
9.1. Personal data is processed only for order fulfillment and delivery.
9.2. Data may be shared with payment and logistics providers only as necessary.
10. Dispute Resolution
10.1. These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Lithuania.
10.2. Disputes shall be resolved through negotiation. If unresolved, the Buyer may file a complaint to:

11. Final Provisions
